Mr. Vijay S Shah

Founder Director

Mr. Vijay S. Shah, a science graduate is the founder director of Tracom. He brings along with him a vast experience of 35+ years in industry and 25+ years in Stock Broking business. Having taken the Company from scratch he has developed Tracom into a respectable entity and now he plays the role of a mentor to top management and staff.

Mrs. Amita V Shah

Founder Director

Mrs. Amita V Shah, a graduate in arts is also one of the founder directors of Tracom. She has an experience of 15+ years in Stock Broking. She looks after the Human Resources department. She plays a vital role in keeping the employee moral high.

Mr. Anuj V Shah

Director

Mr. Anuj V. Shah, a Chartered Accountant by qualification is the next generation to enter this business. He is also the Compliance Officer and has an experience of 15+ years. He looks into the operational aspects of the company. He plays a key role to maintain highest standards of compliance, risk management systems and governance standards. His efforts have played a vital role for Tracom to use the best technology platforms to give great customer experience.

Mr. Parthiv V Shah

Director

Mr. Parthiv V. Shah, M.S. in Telecommunications from University of Maryland, is also the next generation to enter this business. He has an experience of 10+ years in the business. He regularly appears as a Fundamental Analyst on prominent business channels like CNBC, BTVI, and Bloomberg Quint to represent Tracom. He is responsible for Business Development & Research efforts of the company. He also looks into Equity, Mutual Fund & Fixed Income research and helps clients build/rework their portfolios. Having passion for company research he is also involved in meeting company managements, visiting their plants and developing corporate contacts.

Mr. Harish P Panchal Depository Operations

Mr. Harish P Panchal has been associated with the company ever since its inception and looks after the entire depository operations of the company and is responsible for expansion of the depository operations.

Mr. Ramesh L Chauhan Capital Market Operations

Mr. Ramesh L Chauhan also associated with the company since its inception looks into the capital market operations and backoffice. He looks after the day to day operations of the company

Mr. Umang D Shah Stock Broking Operations

Mr. Umang D Shah brings with him vast experience of managing an entire Stock Broking outfit. He has been associated with the company since 2017. He is involved with the top management to improve various systems & processes. He looks after the various compliances. He also caters to the needs of HNI clients of the company.
